The coffee — Tarsila, via Ocafi

Tarsila is a naturally processed Brazilian coffee sourced through our partners at Ocafi, built from coffees produced by neighbouring farms around São José do Rio Pardo. Cherries are picked ripe and dried whole, giving the cup its sweetness, low acidity and body.

How to drink it

• Espresso (40ml) — best showcase. Thick and syrupy, full of chocolate and roasted nuts.
• Lungo (110ml) — longer and softer, more cocoa than bite.
• With milk — made for it. Leans into hazelnut and cocoa, no sharp edges.
