Tarsila is crafted from coffees produced by neighbouring farms around São José do Rio Pardo and brought together as one consistent, naturally processed lot through our partners at Ocafi. Cherries are picked ripe and dried whole — sweet, even, and built for body.

How to drink it

• Espresso — best showcase. Pulls thick and syrupy, full of chocolate and roasted nuts.
• With milk — made for it. Leans into hazelnut and cocoa, no sharp edges.
• Filter / Cafetière — heavy and comforting, more cocoa than fruit.
